Alright, I know I've been absent for...most of the past year and a half. I acquired a 2nd job and pretty much stopped doing much of anything. I managed to fight off the pressure of double jobs, and that was for Anime Boston last year. I had to pay tribute to a character I loved, even if the last two episodes of the show were up without subs mere hours before I had to depart for the con. It was a terrible rush job and I'm ashamed of the quality, but not the attempt. I mourn, but I do not regret! An attempted improved version actually failed hardcore to such a degree I really couldn't muster much of my will to do anything. This includes being social and checking messages. My chance at redemption has arrived to make up for the fail for Otakon (though I had a good time there.)

My plan was to do two cosplays for this year. I moved into a fancy new and much better apartment, bought a lot of niec furnishings and I simply didn't have the money to buy cosplay supplies. By the time things arrived it was still possible, but I'm stilll...wounded? Something like that. Perhaps my apartment is so good and comfortable I can't rally myself to work hard on something.

At any rate trying to finish two cosplays in time means I got one done well! (well enough anyways). If no major disaster occurs I hope to have some success under my belt to regain a normal routine. If you'll be there at Anime Boston this weekend, lemme know! Anyone for Otakon later?
